Standard bank insurance non payment of claims

To Whom May It Concern,

I logged a call on the 10 or 11 June 2020 for my insurance claim and then a assessor came out on the 12 June 2020...I follow-up in the coming days to no avail . Standard bank insurance came back on the 23 June 2020 telling me it was rejected. I advised them that it was a storm and that my roof was well maintained. This is the second time they have rejected my structural claims in 4 years . I would like to warn everyone about Standard bank insurance policy of non-payment of claims. I am going to cancel this policy with them at the end of this month.
