standard bank insurance no service no reaching on phone

I have a bond with standard bank .In jan 2017 my lounge ceiling collapsed after heavy winds .Standard bank insurers refuses to pay me out saying i should have checked under rhino board which is covered with paint and screeting that it had *****s instead of nails.this is *****ery they say somebody is in contact with me nobody ever does their number to call is always nobody picks up //nonsensical
