Standard bank insurance. No service

It has been more than 3 months since my claim was first put in for a simple leaking pipe in my wall. I had to wait for 5 if not 6 weeks for there plumber to come out, all this time leaking hot water constantly. After he came he said he had to wait a week for it to dry before closing the wall up again. This was about 6 weeks ago and still nothing. I am having to call and email Standard Bank insurance constantly, they are not helping. I have placed a complaint with the complaint department who are not helping. This has cost me so much time and money all the while I am paying my monthly fees and have paid my excess. Discussing services with no car for a customer.
