Standard bank insurance - no service

Home owners insurance with Standard bank - geyser burst - phoned the home emergency assistance number, had to hold the phone for 20 minutes without someone answering the phone, phoned again 2 time both times the phone was not answered. This services is absolutely not acceptable.
