Standard Bank insurance- no regard for urgency of claims
No one gets back to you when submitting a claim. Contractors dont get back to you. Dissappointing and results in our damages financially adding up daily with no regard from Standard Bank

24 Jun 2024, 14:19Tell your contractors to get back to the clients. No reports or calls back. We want to give the contractor work but they still dont care because they received their call out fee. We have a water bill that increases everyday but nothing is done or said. Shocking.
