Standard bank insurance never pick up calls
I am so frustrated with the standard bank home insurance call center. I have made 5 calls and waited 20 minutes each time and they don't seem to pick up the phone.To log one claim,how much of money must you spend waiting for a call to be answered. Then they find ways and excuses to reject your claim.What is the reason for us paying for home insurance? Extremely disappointed with standard bank service lately.

09 May 2018, 10:35Its a month I still never get a phone call from the complaint resolution center.The service at standard bank sucks, I'm honestly considering moving my money to another bank.
I have tried calling the insurance company again and Im still sitting with the claim not logged.What is the point of paying for home insurance?
