Standard Bank Insurance - My History ~18+years Proves Their Ineptitude

After many years being with them, I have had enough of their very poor service and have moved on. I have got better insurance at better value at less price. Over ~18+ years I have had - 3 burst geyser claims - 2 were settled as required 1 was a fight - 3 Storm claims (hail damage) what a process to get my damages repaired or settles - had to beg and then repudiate my rights, I have always had to fight with them and then after long times settles for less and then beg them to finalise it. Just not worth it. I have the history to prove their ineptitude. I have been patient, given them a more than one chance to just do what they should do and replace storm damage claims. I have never stopped my payment or requested more than what was damaged. My advice - do not worry about changing your insurer, change earlier than later as they are just not worth it.
