STANDARD BANK INSURANCE MUST FALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM APPALED at the service we have been experiencing as a loyal customer for more than 10 years. We have been struggling getting feedback from your so called renowned company since putting in the claim in FEBRUARY its now almost MAY. We have to constantly call your company to try and get feedback - we promised calls back but this never happens. ARE YOU CLIENTS A JOKE TO YOU? ARE WE NOT PAYING CUSTOMERS? I am very much sure if this was the kind of service you or your relatives received you would not be happy!!! My father just spoke to one of your consultants and HOW DARE SHE SWITCH OFF THE PHONE IN OUR EAR!! Telling us she is unable to provide feedback and a manager's direct number. I myself work for an insurance company as a manager and have a direct number in order to assist clients/customers in such events. SO HOW DARE YOU TELL ME YOU ARE UNABLE TO! What kind of company is this? I would not recommend anyone to this company. We even have funeral policies with this company!!! IF THIS IS THE KIND OF HOME INSURANCE YOU SERVE I CANNOT IMAGINE WHAT/HOW I WILL STRUGGLE SHOULD MY RELATIVES PASS ON - PATHETHIC
