Standard Bank Insurance motor vehicle claim

Regarding the agent who assisted: I was helped by Phumzile Ngcombela and she was wonderful. Helped me through the whole process seamlessly. Regarding the general admin: Expect to wait the entire 5 working days for the claim to be approved. Also you need to have insurance history for 6 years prior, so if you did not keep any of your previous insurance policies good luck. Standard Bank Insurance did approve my claim with no issues.
