Standard bank insurance makes you feel like a low life and looks for any reason not to pay

After writing a review last week on how horrible we were treated and how little insurance waNTs to pay out NOBODY came back to us yet. Just a COMMENT IN THE REVIEWS COMMENT SECTION AND THAT IS THE END OF IT!!! Big giant standardbank does not give a damn about their customers and want to receive premiums every month but when it comes to pay out they treat you like ****!! Dont even give sasria the right documents and Winstonia Louw at the office doesnt even know what documents they want.
