Standard Bank Insurance Limited does not treat its customers fairly.

I have been a client of Standard Bank Ltd since 1990. I insured my property with Standard Bank Insurance Ltd . My parameter wall collapsed due to the rains after approximately 15 years. Standard Insurance Ltd. declined to honour my claim. I have rebuild my collapsed parameter wall for approximately R15 000 out of my own pocket. I have also left the Standard Bank Group and it subsidiaries and joined the competitor bank. I will never ever recommend Standard Bank Group and its subsidiaries to any customer/client.
