Standard Bank Insurance lackluster and impotent

It doesn’t sit well with me that I have to write a sad review but it seems like it is the only way to het a response. So with great sadness unfortunately I have to file a complaint here in the hopes of solving the matter.

I think I logged a claim on the 28th of July with a claim number: 23/064738 and sadly I still haven’t been contacted about the claim. I provided my contact details with a contact person however I am still waiting for a response.
