Standard bank insurance lack service delivery

I am still waiting for you guys to tell me what is happening and why my claim is not been taken care of. I've reported the matter since Monday morning I haven't received any help If standard bank can take so long about a claim then when they are done with my claim I am going to find myself a better insurance that will attend to my queries in a better way.
