Standard Bank Insurance Lack Of Response.
Again, Standard Bank Insurance.... Seems the only way that you will get back to me is if I write a bad review. Calls, emails, please call me back. Several times and nothing, only response was automated messages saying you will get back to me..... well nothing since last week.

29 Oct 2025, 07:42I have been trying to put in a claim since last week, I have requested call backs, emails several times.
I did get a call yesterday and was put through to 3 places before speaking to the right person.
We have lodged a claim and the lady that helped me said that someone would contact me and come out and look between a certain time yesterday. Well I am still waiting.
