Standard Bank Insurance -knock kkock whos there? no one .no service

I am not sure how to rate a nonexistant service. No ferdback, claim closed but it has not even been handled. I have trying to get hold of them for 5days no answer. worst is that the Telephonic message keeps saying "you can manage your insurance online" ; which is not true.
