Standard Bank Insurance is Very Standard, not world glass

Standard Bank Insurance is exactly as the name suggests, it is standard not world class. Firstly the lady who sounds like she was reading a bible called to read word for word on the policy offer and I clearly told her i would not take anything she offered. Normally with good service organizations, if one agreed to the offer then a confirmation email would follow the next day or 2, but with this horrible Standard bank Insurance they only send me confirmation after 2 weeks of the offer/proposal made which I clearly told the slow learner lady that I didn't accept the proposal. So now when i call them the service agent in the correct department told me she has no access to assist me, instead I have to send an email and wait for i don't know how long. ****** Standard Bank. I think i am gonna have to cancel their bank acc as well because even the app looks a boring as hell. When you get into a bank branch it looks like a Gorvenment facility, either the system is slow or the tellers are the slow systems.
