Standard bank Insurance is very ***********!

On The 03 September 2023 i logged a vehicle claim with SBIB after my vehicle brokedown, towing truck was dispatched to collect a vihecle after two days. I understood, accepted mediocre but worse they took my vehicle to a Panelbeater (Hendriks Panelbeater) who is not VW approved. Because they are bad in keeping communications with clients i then spent the entire 3 weeks nagging them, calling them day by day just to following up on the status progress of my vehicle, after long waiting and countless calls then they finally approved my claim.

Good now we have to deal with the process of towing the vehicle to Renew-it Panelbeater since their initial Panelbeater is not VW approved. My worse nightmare resume again with *** because it seems like is mission impossible for them which am gonna spend another 3 weeks of nagging and calling them so they can just successfully arrange a towing truck for my vehicle. Now i don't know whether it's insurance itself which is *********** or they just hired bunch of *********** staff who sleeps on their jobs!. Because it can't be acceptable that someone takes days just to arrange a simple towing truck!.

Imagine when they failing to arrange a towing truck on such a smaller claim!.. how can i trust you with bigger claims ?. Here i lost my patient and confidence in you guys. Your level of *********** is too much to take, we can't have insurance that fails in every level!.
