Standard Bank Insurance is Uselss

On friday 24 June 2022 at 11 am, a pipe in our kitchen burst which left our whole kitchen flooded. We turned the water off as soon as we realised what was happening and immediately phoned Standard Bank Insurance. They are pathetic. 2 hours of holding on and we could not speak to a consultant. We also tried the call back option and now Monday 11:20 and still no one has called back. In the meantime we had to get a plumber out to do a fix in order for us to be able to use water again in our house. But our kitchen is without lights, soaked ceilings and no start of a insurance claim. Standard Bank Insurance is useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
