Standard Bank Insurance is useless and horrible

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really dissapointed with Standard Bank Insurance. I claimed long time ago and they gave me nonsense and tried to intervene their complaint department it is also the same. I am also frustrated as my car doesnt even have a spare wheel i cant take it out as my rear part is really critical. Mahommed Shasffee Khan the Senior Insurancce Complaints Specialist promised to call me on Thursday to update me and that was after i have made several follow ups. I am still waiting for him to call me back. i followed up with an email on Friday he didnt even bother coming back to me. i gave them a chance to sort out my claim and take it to their own panel beaters but they failed i am so frustrated i want my money before wednesday so that i can sort it out myself. i cant keep on driving car like this. what if i get a puncher. Can you please sort me out before wednesday your service is really bad.</p>
