Standard Bank Insurance is the WORST ever! Wish I could give them zero stars for zero service!

Still waiting for this ridiculous company to get back to me regarding a claim for flood damage 3 months ago!!! The only time I received any contact from them was after my last complaint on Hello Peter and since then ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! They try to make you think they are attending to your claim by replying to your Hello Peter complaint but then they just go dead quiet again. Haven't even had an assessor coming to assess the damage. Absolutely useless company, don't know what I'm paying insurance for because there is NO service from these *******!
