Standard bank Insurance is the WORST!!!!
Standard has given me the WORST claims experience EVER!!!!
Over 3 weeks in and my claim is still not finalized.
Ombudsman please step in and assist, I can't deal with this anymore

08 Nov 2023, 16:51I wish to give a 5+ rating to Shakeel Ebrahim....what a GREAT leader. 1 encounter resolved an issue that many failed to resolve in a space of 3 weeks. He gave me assurance that he will get to the bottom of my matter, and he honored his word.
STD Bank need more dedicated staff like this gentleman. I hope STD realizes the GOLD that you are and treat you as such.
