Standard Bank Insurance is the worst.

It seems that I can not cancel my building insurance with Standard Bank. I have phoning in for over 2 weeks now. All I get is that "you are 661 in the queue". Never phones me back, and I can seem to get through to option number 3 which is policy update option. How does one cancel their policy. I have already move over to a new insurer, yet Standard bank is still deducting an insurance premium. Reason for canceling is that they did not uphold their end of the bargain as an insurer for my last claim about 4 weeks back. They need to pay me out and the contractor that they assigned for the repair work did a **** job if you ask me. Don`t know how many times I have to phoned for the same query every time with no outcome.
