Standard Bank Insurance is PATHETIC! NON EXISTANT!

This is officially the most pathetic Insurance Co in the entire world.

After a heavy storm, my ceiling gave in. I registered the claim. The assessor came out the same day. The following day a representative phoned me and assured me that the claim was with the claims department and they were working on it.

Well, it is officially ten working days later. The claim is not approved yet, and the feedback is as follows: - Apparently, the person who came to my property and introduced himself as the accessor was NOT the accessor. - Standard Bank Ins claim they haven't received the quote yet (that was yesterday) - That person is not harassing me to use him to fix the ceiling - apparently, the accessor assigned to my case is missing in action! - another person then took over the case, and as usual, no feedback, his number went to voice mail etc. - no assistance with alternative accommodation etc. - I asked that they mail me my policy - still waiting! It is ten working days later, and NOTHING has been done. One cannot live in a house like that. You guys are PATHETIC!
