Standard Bank insurance is on leave until May

I have lodged a claim on the 14th January after the very heavy rains that we had, my back fence was damaged as well as my pool, the pool has been assessed and that's the last i heard from Standard Bank, the back fence had to be fixed as my dogs would have escaped.

The best part is that it seems that their entire claims department is on leave until May. MAY!!! I emailed Refiloe Ndleve who has an out of office saying that she is back in May, I emailed Layla Alberts who is also on leave and the Escalation email Nthabisenf Modise who is also out of office! What is actually going on with Standard Bank Insurance? Is anyone actually working there? In the meantime i can't run my pool pump and cannot clean the pool which now seems to be losing water as well. I need this sorted out ASAP!
