Standard Bank Insurance is Abysmal

A full week of trying to get Standard bank Insurance to get an assessor to my house to assess damage, let alone to get someone to talk to me. All Standard bank do on their communication channels is say "so sorry" and "we'll call you" and then do nothing at all. Abysmal service.
