Standard Bank insurance is a total ****, my car was involved in an accident and it was reported, its been over a week now I am without a car and I don't know what will happen to my car at the moment, all requested documents have been submitted last week Friday already (04.06.2021), they have now assigned a loss adjuster to attend to my case after a week without any feed back, I called standard bank two times already to get feed back, they seem to have no interest in assisting me. Now that I have a home loan with them + insurance for that house, what will happen if anything happens to the house, am I going to go through the same problem that I am going with my vehicle, does it really take that longer to tell me if my car will be settled or not, Free advise good people please stay away from standard bank insurance, Auction Nation has instructions to collect my car from standard bank insurance yet the outcome of the claim is not finalized, this is very alarming for me, I am now going to start a process to move all my product to another institution to be on a safe side. I am now waiting for loss adjuster since from 08:00 he/she has not showed up This is what they do when you need their assistance at most.
