Standard Bank insurance is a ****. They don’t want to pay out claims.

This is just a **** insurance, I have submitted a funeral claim on the 15/07/2024 for a funeral which is supposed to be on the 20th. I was told their turnaround time is 48 hours which didn’t make sense on its own now I’m on the 3rd day with no payout and Not even a reply from them.. I have been calling for over 5 times and have been told that their assessor will call me back in every call I make and Nothing happens.. Their so called advisors are so *********** that they can’t advise on anything.. this is sad because already we are grieving death of my uncle yet We still have to deal with this nonsense funeral policy. I don’t know what’s going to happen now because this is the money that was supposed to prepare for this funeral and I called several times to make sure the documents were in order and all is in order I just don’t know what makes their processing take 5 days..
