Standard Bank insurance is a ****

Quite possibly the worst insurance company on the market. I have been paying premiums for 15 years. When I finally try Lodge a claim for burst geyser, I was left hanging on the phone for 2 hours. After the wait When I lodged the claim the consultant promised all was in order. The claim was lodged in November 2021, as of today 23 May 2022 my claim has still not been processed.

They delay claims as a way to prevent you paying out.

This is tantamount to ***** if you ask me.

I will be lodging a complaint with the insurance ombudsman.
