Standard Bank Insurance is a rip-off

Extremely Frustrated. I have registered two claims with Standard Bank insurance on 11 Feb 2019. I find it is a constant of me following up on the status of the claims. All the necessary supporting documents have been forwarded and I just get no response from anyone. You can call the centre and no one answers, you send emails to the person who is your claims consultant, but even she does not come back. This is really pathetic and I am not happy with this service.
