Standard bank insurance is a nightmare!!!

Standard Bank Insurance Brokers have the worst service i have ever had with an insurance. i have a policy with them for a vehicle insurance. In February 2021 i had an accident and i reported the incident with the police and with them, my claim was approved on the 23rd of February, i was given a claim number and referred to a panel beater. my vehicle went for stripping and assessment and they said they will send it to the insurance. my vehicle is still at my house not fixed, every week i have to call them and ask what is going on with my claim, they send me from pillar to post without any positive answer. they have increased my premiums after i claimed and they have debited 3 times already but my car is not fixed. this is the worst experience i have ever had...
