STANDARD BANK INSURANCE IS A ****

Standardbank is a **** and does everything to not pay out claims. I had an accident and filled my claim at the beginning of the month July till this day nothing has been done, when I called yesterday they told me that they are closing my claim until I’m able to provide proof of my old insurance ( I literally cannot remember as I have signed up with many insurances before but I have never claimed). I was never told about any proof of the previous insurance when I filled the claim, they fined me for many things which I did not have an issue with, then all of a sudden I need to submit proof of the previous insurance which I legitimately cannot remember. RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK, I wish I had read these reviews earlier, what a pathetic service.
