standard bank insurance is a ****!!!
NEVER EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TAKING UP ANY FORM OF INSURANCE WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY.
"we endeavour to get back to you within 1 business day - ITS NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS AND DOLOLO RESPONSE.
Mind you this is not even a big matter, something small that can be sorted relatively quick in my books.
They say its the small things that count.
standard bank insurance you just lost a loyal customer of more than 20 years.
good riddance!

I have seen the complaints from other customers, who like me, cannot get even a basic reply or acknowledgement of their queries.
I've given up in trying to contact your call centre... several calls in the last month, none of them even answered.
