Standard bank insurance is a bunch of mafias with *********** claims handlers tlwith no product knowledge

I have still not received any joy from Standard bank insurance since I laid a complaint. I was notified via hello Peter on 20 October 2022 that they will escalate the matter to senior management and have not been contact by anyone in senior management even the puppets they call team leaders. Standard bank insure is a bunch of mafias that would do anything to collect clients monies and when it comes to claim stage they try their best to try reject and ignore a valid claim.

If I do not get my claim sorted believe me I am going to refer this to the FSCA and the Ombudsman because I don't believe any of the consultants have any product knowledge or qualifications to do their job properly that's one reason I have had issues with all my claims! This is a huge concern
