Standard Bank Insurance - Insuring your vehicle while it is already insured(with confirmation letter supp**** to them), and do not want to repay you.

On the 29 December 2021 I saw a deduction of R9879.50 for my Toyota Hilux which is financed by Standard Bank - normal monthly premium is R6335.38.

Standard Bank requested a insurance confirmation letter end of 2021, where I have rep**** to them with the confirmation letter on the 24/11/2021.

Even though I have sent the confirmation, a month later they went and arranged insurance for my vehicle costing me an additional R3544.12. My vehicle was insured with Outsurance since the day I bought it - March 2020.

I have contacted Standard Bank Insurance on the 29 December 2021(Day when the R9879.50 was deducted) and spoken(telephonically) to a lady Thembi who mentioned, I must just forward them the confirmation letter, then they will do a reverse payment. Those were the emails I received. Numerous telephone calls as well as emails to '***' later and no one rep**** to my mails. All I want is the reverse payment to happen.

I have decided to give them time before contacting HelloPeter, but since it's the 11/01/2022 today, and nothing has happened, I feel it is time. I hope you can assist.
