Standard bank Insurance Inefficiency

Hi recently took out a bond with Standard Bank, they quoted me with an initial quote for structural insurance, I opt to cancel the insurance as I received a better quote from an alternative broker. Standard Bank Insurance called me and gave me an amended offer with a better premium.

To date I have not received the new premium and I had to sign my bond documents with the initial quote. I have called multiple numbers and emailed the following:

After holding for a couple of minutes and following their prompts I get transferred to the wrong departments, either personal loans, car insurance of homeloans, which were unable to help me or refer me to the correct people.

Please help as my property transfer is now on hold!!
