Standard bank insurance horrible service

Hi there I'd just like to share my horrible experience i have with standard bank house insurance. We had a awful house break in last month the ******* came thru my back door broke my door and frame and gate . We called standard bank insurance for the claim they said they will send out a builder to replace frame and back door . In the mean time I did a patch up job cause my wife and kids cant live in a house with a broken back door they all already living in fear cause of the break in . We called standard bank insurance on a daily basis they are full of excuses and lies say the been trying to call us and the builder but not 1 call from them it's been a month now we living with a broke back door. My advice to anyone do not take out insurance with standard bank save urself this headache and agony me and my family going thru they must be the worse insurance company ever its disgusting and it makes me sick there services they give for such a big company
