Standard Bank insurance ( Hollard )

We had a huge problem with Standard Bank ( hollard insurance) for months nobody answer our emails or give us the information we need. They deduct insurance without our permission ,while we had Iwyze. .After reported the matter to Hello Peter they sort the problem in 3 days and pay all our money they deducted back ..Thank you Hello Peter ,as well as Sarah Cross from Standard Bank ...It's just sad that workers on the ground floor of Standard Bank have no urge to assist the public, and then escalating to contact Hello Peter
