Standard bank insurance HAVNT PAID CLAIM IN 3 MONTHS!!!

After already writing a review and alot of complaining about the horrible service and experience with standardbank when the house burned on 18 January it is 5 april today and no claim has been paid out!!!!! The wrong documents are sent to sasria by Winstonia Louw and now alishia is not helpfull at all. IVE HAD IT WITH THIS BAN****!
