Standard Bank Insurance has gave me bad experience wouldn't advance any to take they policy

We've been writing on this platform for Standard Bank Insurance and they been telling me stories. Friday last week I was told that they will call me till now I'havent received any call nor emails from them. The consultant I spoke too Siyabonga from the Insurance said that Smangele the assessor was lying to me and that she wanted to get me off the line. Because they told me last week that the claim is stacked on her desk that she needs to approve it. Now she said it's not with her. Everytime I call I get new stories.
