Standard Bank Insurance, happy to leave customers living in sewerage

It's been more thank a week since my home and pool were flooded, although Standard Bank Insurance has made an effort in getting all the teams out to access the damages, they are still unsure if the claim is valid. So my family and I have to live in sewerage while Standard Bank Insurance tries to save themselves a pennies by getting a cleaning team out here and sorting the pool.
