Standard Bank Insurance - goodbye
I have requested my policy schedule 5 times. Nothing has been done. This is contravention of my statutory rights. Question: why has it not been furnished? Standard Bank Insurance will soon have an ex-client. I shall take my home owner's insurance to its competitor. Do you have your policy schedule? If not, request it. And thoroughly check it.

30 Aug 2023, 11:50Standard Bank Insurance send me an email stating "We received confirmation that the policy schedule has been sent to you via email" and "I have now closed the complaint from my side" .
The complaint has not been resolved and the correct policy was not emailed to me. Disgusting.
