Standard bank insurance false information

Hi.. I'm very disappointed with the company that carries so much weight to have a bad service. I took the car insurance more than 3 months ago and they promised to reduce my premium up to 30% depending on my driving. I have send them all their requirements and Nonkululeko and Zanele the consultants confirmed they received them. I even spoke to the Manager Kagiso and He promised to fix the issue more than 8 weeks still no response till to date. I feel I was mislead and given false information to take their policy
