STANDARD BANK INSURANCE FAILED ME, IN FACT ITS A ****

I had a horrible experience with Standard Bank Insurance after being their customer for years. In Oct 2020 I was involved in a car accident and after submitting my claim a lot of investigations took place which dragged the claim and I had to do numerous follow ups. my car was declared write-off and in their assessment it would have cost 101k to get it fixed, mind you nothing was wrong with the engine, it was merely the front part (radiator to be exact) and my airbags busted. the body was perfectly fine. after waiting, in Dec 2020 I decided to cancel the claim and fix my car. it took me less than a week to get my car fixed, and the cost was less than 20k, excluding the airbags which will cost me less than 10k as I did quotes already. before I went to collect my car I received an sms from stb people offering to buy the car (they could see it was still in a good condition) but wanted to rip me off. my car is in a good condition, a 2015 chev sonic currently on 56473 mileage, they clearly thought they will score. I DO NOT RECOMMENT STB INSR.
