Standard Bank insurance

Hi, I have home insurance with Standard Bank, my challenge is i logged an incident of a leak in the bath tub on 1st July, to date the matter has not been sorted, when making follow-ups I got told the lady dealing with my case is on leave and they cannot get to her emails, ive sent numerous emails but still not getting joy , bearing in mind im still paying for the insurance - worst bank ever. Wouldn't recommend to anyone
