Standard bank insurance

Can you please just answer your ****** calls!!!!!!! 3 weeks now trying to get hold of standard insurance. No call back and calls holding for hours and they just don't answer. Even when you try and log an emergency they don't answer calls. Do not use standard bank insurance if they cannot even answer a call for emergency
