Standard Bank Insurance
Never ever ever ever ever take out insurance with at Standard Bank Broker. They are not brokers and they do not understand insurance. Brokers will get the best for you and these people only sell Standard Bank. The premium is way too much and the policy is lacking. So if you want to get ****ED around and never actually speak to a broker and pay inflated premiums for substandard cover then deal with this bunch! Call Centres and no accountability is their favourite game. Move now and move to a credible place. Get as far from Standard Bank as possible. The average rating must be a clear indication. I saved R450 a month and got better cover from a person that is a broker!

How about naming the person that will contact me and give a time/ date? Been here before and nobody contacts you. When 90% of people give you one star then the obvious should be clear - Your system and procedure is poor and the managers responsible are not getting contacted.
Why is your reply private? It just says a resolution specialist will investigate - nothing secretative there.
If service meant something then a phone call would be appropriate.
I'll say it again - that anyone doing any business with Standard Bank needs their head read.
