Standard Bank Insurance Executive

I spoke to Lizal Hudson to do an amendment on my existing policy with standard bank. This was the most informative and productive phone call I've ever had with Standard Bank Insurance. She was well versed, well informed, and new her products really well. Most people give you basic examples of what is covered and what is not. Lizal went into detail to ensure that I understood the fine lines of the cover. She really did go the extra mile. The conversation was more of a natural chat, rather than a script being read out to the customer. Her knowledge of the products is what was impressive, because she could articulate the information to me in order to ensure that I knew what is applicable to me, as well as to ensure that I could relate to it.

The turnaround time to have all the information updated was also only a few hours which meant I didn't have to worry about this the next day.
