Standard bank insurance empty promises

This is a follow up on the poor service received yet again from Standard bank insurance. After the previous poor review on the 31/08/22, standard bank contacted me and promised to resolve the issue timeously. Yet again, another failed promise. This time I hear from a call center agent telling me my claim is repudiated but cuts the call when I asked on what grounds. The claim is meant to be at the payout stage, but yet no one has followed up or rep**** and I have received no further communication from them on the matter. Seriously disappointed.
