Standard Bank insurance

Standard Bank insurance decided to insure me without my concern because they financed my car, they kept debating +-R1000 oer month while I'm looking for insurance, It has been 3 months since I got insurance and they are still debating my account, they asked for all the documents to prove that I have insurance, after sending all the documents they requested, I'm still having to call them every 2nd day to get my refund, the only reason I get is that they are waiting for the back office, it was easy for them to debit my account, now it's difficult to refund me.
