Standard bank insurance don't care

Yes i wrote a review,a week later still no reponce and other faults were found on my car, it shows they don't care,no after repairs,questions on how was the service am i happy or not,they are just doing business.they cant even update their details on the internet,and delete the old details,and theres no platform to complaint to them or ask question, it's just put un a claim or join the insurance
